Ring Central through Zapier

My texts are all with the messageStatus:   Queued.  Zapier says the task was completed, however the texts are not going out.

"Queued" mean RingCentral has received your request and your message will be sent later.

"Queued" will change to "Sent"/"Delivered" if everything goes well. If the message is never received, you need to check the message status.  You can make API call to "/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/message-store" to get a list of messages together with their status.
