Adding Recipients from Excel for SMS - Creating Group

USA, Desktop - RingCentral Phone, Latest Version


I want to add recipients to a SMS/Text message I plan on sending out to many people. These recipients are not in my address book. Previously, I added recipients individually.


I just tried to copy/paste the recipients from a column in my excel, hoping it would individualize each number. It didn't do this. It created one endless #.


Is there a way to do this?


Is there a way to create a group for those who I've added?


Is there a way to make sure the SMS/Texts are sent individually, and not as a group Text?

This feature is available on the new RingCentral App Beta. You can send an SMS individually or group in up to 10 numbers outside of your contact list by separating it by a semicolon.
