Audio lag during Meeting

I am in video meetings much of the day. The video is great, even in meetings up to 50 people. However, even in a 1:1 meeting (and all other meetings) my audio has a serious lag!! What can I do to correct this? I've tried different settings and audio connections with no results.

Since these issues are different for different individuals, you can open a case here, so that RingCentral team can get back to you and investigate these particular issue and help you to resolve

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and updated since as well as tried different connections - hotspot, wifi, etc. I'm still having this issue of audio lag on my calls. Any other suggestions?
