Insufficient ring volume in main Ringcentral app

Incoming voice calls - Sounds

Volume control 100%

Select any sound, the volume is barely audible

Win 10 Pro, Soundblaster sound card

The volume problem applies across all sound options (Monitor speaker, computer speaker)

The volume on the going-out-of-support Phone app was very good
