Issues receiving inbound calls on Ring Central App on Galaxy S8

I have a Galaxy S8 and under a Verizon plan. I have both the RC Phone and Ring Central app. I am unable to receive inbound calls to my extension on my cell phone. It either does not prompt me, or prompts me for a half of a second and the prompt disappears almost immediately to accept the call. The extension works just fine on the desk phone in my office, but it does not prompt me when I'm at home/out of the office on my cell apps.
