We're having an issue where someone is trying to send us a fax and RC is flagging the number as a potential RoboCall which it is NOT. How can I whitelist this incoming fax number? I've searched high and low within the admin portal and found nothing to allow for this.
White list inbound fax calls?
1. Login to the Admin Portal (must have super admin access).
2. Go to Users.
3. Search for the Main Super Admin. In this case, search extension 101.
4. Click the extension then go to Phone.
5. Go to Blocked Numbers.
6. Click on Trusted Numbers.
7. Click Add, add the number and save.
