2 COMPANIES WITH OVERLAPPING EMPLOYEES. I have a problem. I know RC is capable of doing this, but I don't know how to do it. I have one R.C. account, 2 companies and 2 "877" numbers. Company A has different employees than company B - EXCEPT there are two employees that are in both companies and we cannot get the IFR system to work correctly on those two employees that are in both companies. Can you PLEASE POINT ME TO A VIDEO, or an article that can help me fix this. PLEASE. R.C. technical people couldn't do it, but I know its "doable". THANKS VERY MUCH

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want an agent that belongs in two queues for two separate numbers to be able to accept calls in both queues?
I've confirmed that's not possible from one device.
