Adding user's job title in RingCentral Doesn't Sync with Ring Central Desktop?

When I add a job title for a user through https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/, that job title is not added or synced up with the title in the RingCentral desktop app.

that is correct they do not synch just went through this with support. The only way to synch titles is for your users to update their own profiles. This needs to be a feature request.
