A few team members in our queue are reporting issues even after restarting/quitting the desktop app

What kind of issues?  Some of my users were reporting poor call quality.  Inability to hear, dropping sound, crackling on line.  We ended up having to up our bandwidth.  We doubled it, as a matter of fact and all those problems went away.
Thanks for the tip. I will share with out IT team as well.
