Currently we use a cloud service for faxing (because we have one dept. that can receive anywhere from 500 to1000 health care related faxes a day) because of the limitations of RingCentral faxing, we are looking into RingCentral Archiver and/or RingClone so that faxes can be archived on a regular basis. We have a company built Software that is able to access the fax folder within the cloud fax service vendors platform and extract a group of faxes for processing, does anyone know if either Archiver noted above has this type of accessibility (via API, etc.)?
Does anyone maybe have this same scenario and use a different Archiver platform?
