Trying to build a dashboard with RingCentral analytics data that uses vlookup or powerBI to see if my employees are returning calls from customers that left a voicemail on their direct dial. Has anyone ever tried to tackle this gap in RC analytics reports before? Really wish RC could provided a template for this.

I SECOND THIS idea to supply admins with reports of unanswered / unresponded voicemails by user.
