Hi,

New to RC.

User1 needs a second handset for occasional home-office use. It must have the same inbound number and extension number as User1's existing phone at the main office.

I want to re-allocate an existing unused phone from User2 to User1.

I am having trouble in the admin portal trying to assign the existing inbound number to the second phone.

What am I missing?
