Occasionally someone will be on an active call, but their status will still read available. Normally they will be red and status will say "On a call."

I have to go to the HUD to make sure someone is available. Why does the status sometimes fail to update when on a call?

Please ensure that their Calendar Presence is on, so the In a Meeting or In a Call status. Check the KB article below to know where to enable this setting.
