Beep sound when caller hangs up

My new coworker's phone makes an extended beep sound (two tones) when the person they are speaking with hangs up. Is there any way to turn that off, or down? Everyone can hear it from the speakerphone, even when the call is handled via the handset.

She has a Ring Central Polycom Powered phone. HD Voice. Model VVX601. Anatel: 00585-17-08999. Not sure if you need any more than that. I wasn't sure what to note.
