We need call forwarding in this order.

1.Desk Phone

2.Mobile App

As of writing this note, we cannot do it. Please have this feature provisioned.

We need calls to be set in the following order.

1.Desk phone

2.Mobile App

Please implement this feature. Right now, Mobile App always stands first.

In RingCentral online portal you can configure the order of you call forwarding by dragging the items as you can see here.

But as per this below reference "By default, your RingCentral Desktop & Mobile Apps will always be the to first ring even when you select simultaneous ringing. If you want your calls to be forwarded straight to your desk phones and other forwarding numbers, you can disable Desktop & Mobile Apps from the forwarding numbers list by turning the Active Switch off "
