Is it possible to give the caller a choice to either have their call redirected back to an extension OR leave a voicemail?

For example, if our receptionist directs a caller to a user's extension and the user doesn't pick up, can we then give the caller an option to either leave a voicemail at that extension OR have their call sent back to the front desk?

I don't see this as an option for default call handling, as you can only pick one, but I was wondering if perhaps there was an IVR workaround of some sort.

The workaround is to create a voicemail greeting that will include the extension number of your IVR and prompt them to dial it if they want to go back to the main menu or wait for the tone to leave a message.
