We have some call queues and we need to know what happend when a call is redirected to a call queue.

All the numbers in call queue ring at same time and the call goes to the first who take the phone call?

Is possible to order the call queue and assing a response priority order with a seconds interval to jump to next extension in queue if the previous extensions is bussy or dont pick up the phone?
