Recently calls on both Android and iPhone do not work when not using WiFi. It doesn’t matter if we select using mobile data or carrier minutes. Outgoing calls fail with a message that we have a bad connection. Incoming calls never get routed to the device. I know we have a good reception so it’s not that. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well but no luck.
