Greetings, 

New client in Eval of Ring Central 

Currently a DialPad user 

 

We enabled our service yesterday, and we are able to process calls by way of Wifi, however we have tested Helium Mobile (T-Mobile) and US Mobile (T-Mobile / Sprint Blend) both of which drop the Ring Central outbound call request instantly. 

DialPad has worked for us for years, we have a ticket in, is this something others have seen by way of a New Client On-Boarding?

Update to this issue …

We have a Ticket open with the dialog below - anyone else have a issue similar? 
 

Android App 24.3.20.5611042 - Google Pixel Pro 8 / Bluetooth to Car MultiMedia
 

Prior ticket we reported dropping calls from our Cell Carrier T-Mobile each time we would connect, drops instantly. We found out that it related to the BlueTooth Connection tour Car MultiMedia - as noted in the subject we have a Google Pixel Pro 8 and Android App 24.3.20.561104.

We have removed the BlueTooth Connection, checked our App Provisioning allowed all nearby connections, and allowed all features of the APP, we have nothing inside of the deny option regarding connections.

All calls we make, are disconnecting instantly for which we have resorted to not using our multimedia Bluetooth connection in our vehicle, for which we need to be able to connect hands-free, hoping we can resolve.

Currently, we are a DialPad client and the DialPad app has been working for years. We have also Rebooted our Mobile Phone Thanks for your valued time in researching and providing guidance on the next steps. Best, Dave
