I know in the queue, the caller can send themselves to a message only box (press 5 to leave a message), but can they send themselves to the voice mail for the queue?... so there are not more than one voice box to check?
I need an easy way for ALL people in the queue to be able to check and manage the messages that result in the phone queue not being answered... and if a caller doesn't want to wait for an agent to get to the same voice mail
