I work in healthcare and we'd like our Ring Central phone system to have a prompt when patients call in like 1) Triage. When the patient presses 1 for Triage, we would like another prompt to the user --- 1) Semi-urgent medical 2) Medication Refills --- is this doable in Ring Central?

You need to check carefully if switching from single level to multi level auto attendant will wipe out your single level...
If you're already multi-level - then you're fine - I would suggest mapping it out on paper first and recall that you have to have the extensions first, then the groups, then the IVR. ;)
