I'm not receiving calls from our Belgium team whereas two other colleagues do, we both have the same setup, when I ring the Belgium number from my mobile the other two colleagues phones ring but not mines, any reasons why this happens?

Make sure your phone is not set to DND (Do Not Disturb).
Hey Mark Kirton, I would also verify with the admin on your account that you have International dialing permissions for your extension
