wondering if anyone can help


I have 4 extensions all using ring central soft phones. I can call other extensions or transfer calls to other extensions. I remember when I was setting up ring central i set it to not receive calls as they are only used for outbound, and caller ID is set to unknown. Could someone help please

Hi Jake,

It is the reason why it is not able to receive calls since you set it up that way. It will not exempt internal calls.
