We have imported all staff cell numbers into our company contacts on RingCentral.


If a staff member calls another's RingCentral number using their cell phone, RingCentral does not identify the caller, even though the cell number is in our company contacts. Can it be changed so that RingCentral can identify a caller from any of the numbers listed on their contact entry?


(We are encouraging our staff to use RingCentral, and not their cell phone native app, when they are calling each other, but there are times when it may be better to use their cell phone rather than RingCentral to call a colleague.)
