I keep getting this message everyday.

"Courtesy notice from RingCentral Archiver - You Have Files Failed To Be Archived"

How do I prevent this from happening? It's been ongoing for about a month now. I've already reconnected my Drive. There's really no other settings I can see.

Seems like the Google Drive archiver tool is broken. How do I fix this?


Hi Michael! You may try to uninstall/reinstall your RingCentral app to make sure that it is up to date.


This has nothing to do with the app.

This is the archiving feature of Ringcentral.
