We have customer where their primary device is their desk phone.
Desk phones are also configured as hot desks.
Setting up a new user, and it seems their default call handling just rings the RingCentral App.
We would want it to ring the desk phone at the same time by default.
Also, it appears the user would need to have activated themselves and logged into a phone, before we can change this setting for them?
Hopefully I am missing something here.
