I am trying to figure out why I no longer seem to receive "sound" notifications for texts on the new version of Ring Central For Desktop..i used to.
So now, if I'm not looking right at it, I do not know that there's a text - this is the same for both my Mac & PC.

My coworkers and I are having the same issue and we have gone through the Notifications and Sounds under Settings and has not worked. I even looked on my computer to see if I had something turned off, but nothing was.
