I would like to use my own recorded prompt in an IVR for the dial-by-name feature instead of the out-of-the-box system prompt “please enter the first 3 digit of the last name”. How can I do this?
I literally don’t understand how this is not an option, or at least create a standard prompt that is crystal clear about what the caller should do.
