Dial Zero - Internally or Externally

I have asked this in the past - but thought I’d bring it up again.

Does anyone know, if RC has any plans of introducing the opinion for:

  • Callers to dial zero when they reach a voice mail to be transferred to another (pre-determined) extension?
  • Employees dial zero internally and reach the ‘operator’, (the operator ext. would be pre-determined).
