We have an Account type: UK - RingCentral Office 1 line Standard Edition
Diverting to mobiles is no problem but we recently got a local Skype number for when we're out of the country as the cost of our mobiles out of the EU is high and thought that when we were on wifi, being able to accept calls on that would be great.
But the diversion doesn't work. It either goes straight through to voicemail, jumps onto the next divert (one of our mobiles) or cuts out completely.
I've done what seemed like an endless chat with first RingCentral then with Skype who each say the problem is with the other provider.
Does anyone know the answer please, as to why my local Skype number won't work when used as a divert on RingCentral?
