Where do I go to use the Appointment Reminder.

RingCentral does not currently have a built-in solution to automate appointment reminders, but this can be done either using our SMS API or working with one of our ISV partners. You can also take advantage of iPaaS solutions like Zapier or Make.com.

Another solution if you are using Calendly would be Beetexting. While they are more focused on general SMS capabilities including shared inboxes, payment requests, review requests, etc, they are integrated with Calendly to send appointment confirmations and follow up notifications.
