I have Verizon for my cell service and have continuous 5G coverage all over the Phoenix area. As soon as I answer a call on my RC app, my 5G drops and so does the call. This has angered MANY customers, so much that I have lost business. Verizon says it is not an issue with their service, but with the RC app itself. Is there a setting on my phone or on the mobile app that I need to adjust?
