Our office has agents working from home on cell phones. The IVR is set to external transfer to the cell numbers, based on what prompt number the caller chooses from the IVR. How can I see what prompt number a caller choose or how many calls are being transferred to each cell phone?


You can search for the cellphone number in the call logs, showing you the history of the calls that were transferred to it.


In the detailed call logs, it only shows the calls coming to the main number and no additional info on where it was transferred.
