I have faxed things in the past with this system, and since January 28, 2021, the system is hit or miss on sending outgoing faxes. I have multiple documents that are time sensitive that are not going through. I have updated to the newest version, have tried to fax from the portal, tried to fax from the app, etc. Nothing. Any help would be appreciated? In order to check to see if they came through with the recipient, I have to wait on hold for at least 2 hours each time. Very frustrating and not work productive at all. Thoughts?
