Faxes won't stay deleted in GLIP

I have attempted to delete unread faxes, and every time I reopen my computer in the morning, they show up again. So I continually have 11 unread items showing, which then removes my ability to use the "red dot" as my indicator for new messages. Please help. Why won't these stay deleted?

Please open a case with support so they can do some in depth troubleshooting for you! We have not seen any other reports of this happening to others.
