We have several options on our IVR that go to external numbers, for the most part this is fine as they are vendors fielding these calls and have queue systems on their side.


The problem is with this 1 external number it is for an older software solution, once all phone lines are used up it gives a busy signal. When this happens RingCentral plays a message about technical difficulties and disconnects. Just wondering if anyone has any creative ideas on holding onto these transfers if they receive a busy signal, and retrying the forward after X amount of time?
