We have a US account with about 32 employees. I have had a request to be able to recall a call once you have transferred it. How do we do this? As the switchboard I use the desktop app but many use the mobile app.

Hey Rene, sounds like you'll want to rely on either a Warm Transfer or the Park Location feature.
