I have multiple users reporting that when they make changes or updates to their fax settings on the portal, receive a pop up error stating "JEDI error". I have opened a ticket with RC 8 months ago and have not had any movement on it. I brought it up again this week and was told it was a PKI (Product Known Issue) which has been their cover for not knowing how to fix something. I am about to migrate 700 users to RC Fax from eFax and this is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what have you done to mitigate it?
