my first problem is when a call goes to voicemail it doesn't go to the ring central voicemail it goes to an individuals voicemail. my second problem is that the calls shouldn't come up as answered if no one answered them. and my last problem is when the call is forwarded it should go to the next person in the que not to voicemail.

the account type is through the ring central app in the USA. 2 users affected.

So when you say 'individuals voicemail' do you mean their cell phone VM?
