We are an international company with clients around the world. We have direct line and extension setup with Standard Internatinal user role. However, my super admin cannot make international calls. Is this right? It seems to me that Super Admin role should be able to do anything within RC that the account is setup to do.

For making calls direct digital line is needed and phone should be selected as international or domestic type. Also role should have international call permission:
