How can I mark an outgoing fax as safe and not spam?

All of a sudden today we have not been able to send outgoing faxes because RC is marking them as spam. We typically send faxes to the same numbers over and over. We have faxed this particular number at least 2-3 times per week for years. Any idea why it's now being rejected? Can we override the system to mark it as safe to send?
