How can I tell the difference of primary calls and secondary?

We have an organization with two separate entities on location. The secondary entity has a direct line and is forwarded to it's director. But the director also fields calls for the primary entity and needs a way to differentiate the incoming calls. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, there is no distinctive ring on RC. However, you can have a visual identifier passed to your phone/app via call queues. Essentially, you can create a call queue for each organization, name the queue appropriately (ie: Company A Main Line, Company B Main Line), add the director to both queues and they will visually see the name of the queue on their display so that they can answer appropriately.
