We just got our SMS approval on our acct today but I am not able to receive texts from the main line only my direct line. And I am only able to send texts from my direct line. Is there a setting to click that will give me access to both lines for texting? As of now, I am able to change my caller ID back and forth, just need the same for SMS.

Same here. something happened in the past few months and can’t get a strait answer.

in a nutshell:

  1.  i am the super-admin and designated operator extension
  2. previously (10+ yrs), i used the company main # for out/inbound SMS, across all platforms
  3. Today: still super admin. still operator assigned, but…
  • now on mobile/iPad, i am unable to use the company main # to send SMS, i am limited to direct extension/additional lines 
  • for inbound SMS to main number, i have view only access, on mobile apps
  • the mobile apps do not respect the “outbound caller ID” rules per user/extension
  • on web/desktop app, the previous functionality hasn’t changed.

Anyone else also experiencing this?

Support has been useless.
