How do I stop my RingCentral deskto phone from randomly ringing? There is no notifications, missed calls, voicemails, but the phone continues to ring every minute.

I've heard of this happening with misconfigured networks where phones are exposed to the public internet. You should check your router/firewall or ask someone else to confirm there are no inbound port forwarding rules open towards your phones.
