Hi Team,

As an admin, i should be able to control what numbers they can dial from including the direct numbers, when we dial 100's of leads each day, the numbers easily get spammed, and it difficult to rotate numbers to each when we have 100 agents

Hello @Rajan Vegesna, the admin can be able to configure the Caller ID Settings of an extension. You can also configure it into bulk extensions by assigning it through Ussr Permissions. You may check on the KB Articles below.
