Can someone explain how to downgrade the Ringcentral phone app to a previous version.

I downloaded the most recent one and its not working properly, its been 1 week already and nothing.


Need to figure it out while they release a new version.

@John Miller It would be good to understand what is not working so we can create a case and have the product team take a look.
We may be able to help with troubleshooting.
Please share those details here and we'll look into it further.


I believe all problems found by customers in the latest 23.1 release will be fixed next release 23.2. Sorry for inconvenience.
