I have been trying to get a decent quality IVR prompt. It sounds good when I play them in the admin panel, but when I actually call my business to check functionality they sound like crap. RC help said it's because it's VOIP and packets and stuff. But I'm just checking if there is some file type and settings that work better.

WAV or MP3? And what output quality for either? Any suggestions?
