How to mute or pause other computer sounds (podcasts / music) sounds on the computer when a call comes in to the desktop app.
The old RingCentral Softphone would mute (and pause) podcasts, Spotify, etc. when answering a call. There's an option to choose this here:

But it got dropped out of the new release of the "RingCentral app".

UPDATE: Never mind. I see now there's a period encoded at the end of that link. Removing that got the URL to work.
I’d also appreciate this feature, but the above link is dead. Any updates on auto-pausing other computer sounds when answering a call?
