I'm not receiving incoming calls on RingCentral app on Iphone 7 Plus

I'm not receiving incoming calls on RingCentral app on Iphone 7 Plus. However, I can see every missed call on my call log. I have checked the settings on the app to ensure I didn't silence incoming calls. I have also checked notifications on my Iphone 7 Plus to make sure I receive notifications if phone is locked and that sounds/badges always show. Help please!
