I have 4 lines displayed on my phone. I needed to change 3 names on the phone. I successfully changed 2, however the main line - line 1, did not change on my phone display but it changed in the settings. Is there a way to fix this? I did unplug phone and reboot, did not help changing the 1 line. I'm on hold with support for 30 minutes and not sure how long I can hold. Any assistance is helpful
